It’s still very cold here in Maine with temps below zero in the mornings and highs in single digits & teens during the day. You might say it’s just a little too brisk to be working on projects out in the shop!
So…………I decided to work inside this week. I have finally attempted my first go at painting with oil paints. I bought a very cheap starter set of oil paint tubes from a big box art store in Bangor, Maine and figured I try my first oil painting on a small, 2.5” x 2.5” square mini-canvas.
I also made a small frame with my X-Carve from a scrap pine cut-off.
