A couple of videos ago, I unboxed and erected the temporary shelter (tent) that will become the new workshop for refurbishing our John Deere L-110 Lawn Tractor and some of our other old equipment.
This video shows some of the other work necessary to prepare for using the new workspace. Then it was time to get the Deere into the shop and up onto the workbench, but it weighs almost 500 pounds (227K) and a couple of tires were flat, plus they would not hold any air! Our New Holland tractor came to the rescue though and we were able to get the Deere onto the bench. The bench was weaker than I thought, and so the next step will be to beef up the leg supports a little bit before work commences.
