“Waste not, want not!” We always try to Re-use, re-purpose, re-claim, and/or recycle whatever we have after it is no longer needed. We save quite a bit of money this way.
I built this headboard around 40 years ago and re-purposed it for use as storage over my craft desk in my office/art studio around 4 years ago. I’m now working in my office/art studio, giving it a complete make-over with new ideas for storage and layout. This modified headboard is not part of the new plans, but I do need storage on top of my miter saw station. No problem – Once again, I was able to re-purpose the old headboard and put it back into service with minimal modification.
