In this video, I trim down the excess plywood side panels to the sheer line. This is just a “roughing in at this point. The edges of the plywood will then receive a couple of coats of low viscosity epoxy resin and allowed to “soak” in. Any voids will then be filled with thickened epoxy (the consistency of peanut butter, and the sheer surfaces will then be sanded to the final shape.
