In Part 2 of this series, I finish up the installation of the trim wood around the outer edges of the ballast keel molds. I trim off the excess material and that is about as far as I can get due to several days of rainy weather.
The trim was added so I can round over the edges for better flow around the ballast keels with less turbulence through the water and to allow easier application of fiberglass cloth and epoxy resin. Hopefully, there will be a break in the weather to allow that part of the build to go forward.
